Your Opportunity
As a Retail Manager, you will take ownership of one of our busy high street shops, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, strong commercial results and operational excellence.
This is an opportunity for an experienced retail or food-to-go leader who enjoys developing people, improving performance and creating an environment where both colleagues and customers feel valued. You will play a key role in bringing the Cavan Bakery experience to life, inspiring your team, maintaining high standards and ensuring your shop continues to grow and succeed.
